What we collect when you call, quote, or send us a script — and what we do with it. Written to be read, not skimmed.

Who we are
On-Hold Technologies is a division of Enrich Strategies, Inc., with studios in Jupiter, Florida and La Grange, Kentucky. We produce on-hold messaging, auto-attendant recordings, queue announcements, overhead audio and voiceover for businesses across the United States.
This policy covers our website, our client portal, and the information you share with us by phone, email or through an authorized dealer. It does not cover our clients' own privacy practices toward their callers.
What we collect
We collect only what it takes to quote, write, produce and deliver your program.
- Contact details — name, company, role, phone, email and mailing address.
- Business details you give us for scripting — hours, locations, services, promotions and the questions your callers ask.
- Phone-system details — make, model, hosting provider and whoever installed it, so we can deliver a file that loads.
- Billing details — handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
- Your recorded hold line, when you ask us to call it and listen, kept only to write your sample.
- Site usage — pages visited, sample plays and referral source, collected in aggregate through analytics.
How we use it
To write, voice and mix your program; to load it onto your phone system or hand it to your dealer; to invoice you; to schedule the seasonal updates you've contracted; and to answer when you call.
We also use it to tell you about updates relevant to your program — a holiday-hours reminder, a new voice on the roster. Every such email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not buy lists. We do not run advertising on this site or share your data with ad networks.
The scripts we write for you belong to you. We may reference your finished production in our portfolio only with your written permission.
Dealers and vendors
If you came to us through an authorized dealer, we share the details needed to install and support your program — your contact information, phone-system details and the finished audio file. Dealers are bound by agreement to use it for your account only.
We use a small number of vendors to run the business: a payment processor, an email provider, cloud storage for audio files and a website analytics service. Each is contractually limited to the service they provide for us.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a session cookie so the audio player remembers what you were listening to, and an analytics cookie that counts visits and sample plays in aggregate. Neither identifies you personally.
Your browser's "Do Not Track" setting is honored. Blocking cookies will not affect anything on the site except remembering your last-played sample.
How long we keep it
Active-client records are kept for the life of the account plus seven years, as required for tax and contract purposes. Scripts and audio masters are kept indefinitely so we can re-cut your program years later without starting over — unless you ask us to delete them.
Quote requests that don't become clients are deleted after eighteen months. Recordings of your hold line are deleted once your sample is delivered.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, export it, or delete it. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other states with privacy statutes have these rights in law; we extend them to everyone.
To exercise any of them, call 800-599-8119 or email privacy@onholdtech.com. We'll respond within thirty days, and we'll never ask you to create an account to do it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the effective date above and, for anything material, email active clients before it takes effect. Prior versions are available on request.
